I spend each night viewing my Facebook page and posting tweets. THe only night I watch TV is Thursday and only to see "The Office."

If you need me any night of the week, you can be SURE to find me on the couch, with my laptop, and the tv on...although I'm not necessarily watching it. Although, if it's a debate....I'm definitely watching and tweeting at the SAME TIME!!!

I think that Facebook is the most far reaching of all of the services you mentioned. Twitter is mainly for other bloggers but Facebook can be for anyone. I've talked to a few people who are on Facebook who've never even heard of Twitter, StumbleUpon, Mixx, etc...I think the one that will have the largest long term impact on blog traffic and branding is Facebook.

TV went out the door for me. I prefer to do something rather than watch others do things. TV is not very interactive. My wife likes TV so she watches while I blog. I the ads I get her to check my posts.

The internet looks, smells, and feels different, but we use it for the same purposes we did 15 years ago. With expanded functionality, it has been a joy to watch the evolution of it.

I ruled the world from a UNIX shell command line in college, and now I feel like just another Facebook profile.

You know I have seen myself starting to use the social media sites more and more as I have begin blogging more. Whether it is taking the place of TV...I don't know, but I do use it to drive traffic to my blog as well as to keep up with folks. I find some of the sites easier to use than others... and some are definitely more user friendly....but alas!
